Our Mission
We are committed to being on the cutting edge of the technology market. We provide the best solutions in a language customers can understand for the many complicated decisions that need to be made for their technology needs. We have served the Twin Ports market and beyond for over a decade and have provided successful solutions for our business or home customers. We will continue to add new technology products (Digital Security Systems) to our center to protect our clients' businesses, homes and cabins.

OUR STAFF
Gene founded the company 18 years ago; he built the company on customer support, hard work and commitment to starting and finishing a project. He is a life long resident of the Twin Ports and taught high school for 10 years and college for the past 10 years. The combined knowledge of teaching, technical experience and sales has made him successful in a highly competitive market. When you meet him you will know why he thinks in solutions not problems.
Jessica has come aboard as the assistant to the President. Jessica adds commitment and creativity to this department and has no problem answering all the questions you can throw at her and providing you with the hands on demonstration needed to understand all the capabilities of our computers and camera systems. Jessica feels our affordable systems can fit any budget and that along with all the monitoring capabilities the piece of mind provided, is well worth it.
John is the man with the plan and won't stop on giving you the best product at the best price always introducing you to new and innovative products to serve all of your computer and security needs now and in the future.
Todd is the head of our service department and is committed to dotting all the I’s and crossing all the T's when you bring your computer in for repairs. He will stay until the job is done and then will deliver your system to you if that is what your need is. His philosophy is that every customer is as important as the next; we are all dependant on our computers and the service they provide for us. He will work within your budget to provide you with a complete solution at an affordable price
Jeremy(Okie Doke) is known as steady as you go and is constantly trying to provide humor with support about your computer problems to take away how annoyed we become with them. He will educate you about your problems and then make suggestions on what a good solution would be. He will provide you with a friendly voice just when you need one and answer your questions about Computers or Digital Security and provide you with the system to meet your needs.
Eugene will make the numbers work so you can not only buy the best system for you, but the byte in your wallet will be small. He will also train you on how to use that software that will help you manage your money and investments better. He is quite a joker, but never jokes about money savings.
Todd and Jessi are also our Chief network and contract camera installers and will put the wire in your home or office to make all your computers talk to each other and they will also install a complete surveillance system into your home or business that will protect your property from theft or vandalism.
Bruce Benson handles our Southern Minnesota Digital Securities System needs.
Max will provide all demonstrations, installations and other Digital Securities
Systems needs in Florida.
Kyle works in our retail location, does onsite installs, answers tech questions,
and builds some awesome computer systems suited to your specifications.
Our entire team is known for making it all work and not quitting until the job is done.
